You asked a similar question a few days ago, no? You are not asking a small question.
The thing is that no one can answer this question for you easily. How is anyone going to tell you the cheapest laptop available and be sure that it's a good deal? Also, it's not usually a good idea to make a PC buying decision based on a single game which will take you all of two months to play in it's entirety. That same laptop may be useless for games coming out in a year.
Look - here's a way to figure it out for yourself. Go to the Dragon Age website ( or wikipedia) and look for the recommended system requirements to run the game. To run the game smoothly, don't just meet ... exceed the requirements by a little. If you don't know much about computers (it sounds like you need more than a little help) go to a site like NewEgg.com or Dell.com and look at laptops and ask questions from sales support. Go to a local retail store and talk to someone. Don't buy, just learn what you need from Best Buy, or wherever is local to you.
