How do i become a mouse in dragon age origins?

So im the fade part and i talked to the mouse and he said i can transform into one now how do i do that where is the spell?How do i become a mouse in dragon age origins?
You pull up that radial menu (the circular one) and select Advanced. From there one of the options should be to transform into the mouse.
