How do you put heal back into the talents bar in dragon age origins?

I accidentally swapped the heal option out of the talents bar at the bottom of the screen, and now i cant figure out how to put it back in! anyone know how?How do you put heal back into the talents bar in dragon age origins?
Open the radial menu (hold LT) and select potions on the left, then just highlight whichever potion you want to assign and press the Y button and map it onto whichever button you want to use it from.
